David’s Snapbook

I finished David’s Snapbook on Friday. It looks amazing.

Truly a labour of love.

I wrapped it on Saturday morning, and it’s with the clothes I bought him. I can’t wait for him to open his gifts on Wednesday. I think he’ll be surprised.

    I’m sure David will be just as astonished as I am, dear friend, and I hope he doesn’t look at this post before you have a chance to surprise him with it and other birthday presents. You will surely amaze him as you did me with the high quality of your work in a short period of time resulting in an eye-popping album bursting with treasured memories from your recently completed trip to Coney Island and BB. As I watched the video, familiar scenes from the pages of your blog came back to life on the pages of the book, each picture worth a thousand words. David is a very lucky guy to have such a devoted and artistic sweetie.

    Thanks for showing us your labour of love. I wish David a very happy birthday. Mrs. Shady’s is next Tuesday and our granddaughter’s is next Friday.
