The last Thursday in May. It’s hard to believe that it’ll be June soon – this year is going by so quickly! I have a lot to be thankful for this week.
Today is Wraith’s 3rd Ink Day. It’s hard to believe that I joined the Ink Club in 2019 and how fast that went! Since I spent the weekend with Tommy, and I work two jobs during the week, I didn’t have time to make an Ink Day cake. I bought some gluten-free kosher cupcakes that I will have after dinner. I’ll take a photo for the Happiness Box.
One of my co-workers at my full-time job heard that I was a (self) published author and bought the book that I wrote in 2016: As Far As the Eyes Can See. She brought it in on Monday and had me sign it. She read some of the book so far and she was impressed. I am grateful for her support. I am grateful for the support of people at both jobs.
Tommy and I spent the past two weekends together, and this past weekend we went into Philadelphia. We had a blast walking around China Town and going to the arcade. Last weekend was so hot that we opted out of roller skating and skateboarding. I’m thankful that he has the same sense of adventure that I do.

He’s coming over to my house on Sunday to celebrate Memorial Day with us. We’ll skateboard, and I finished our First Holidays Together album. I want to show him the finished product AND since there are some pages left, I want him to contribute some stories. I know I will have to talk him into it and I’ll say, “I know creativity isn’t your forte, but I love what you create for me.” I am so grateful for him and I really do love him.

I’m so thankful that it cooled off, but the humidity is coming back. Ah, well, this weekend will be nice – low 80s.
I’m also thankful for friends and family. What are you thankful for today?
Hi, Jessica Marie!
Happy Thankful Thursday, dear friend, and happy 3rd Inkiversary to your Wraith! I can see that Jessommy is still rolling along. You guys are finding so many cool things to do together. I’d love to stroll around China Town and experience the sights, sounds and smells of those markets. The arcade is always a safe bet for the two of you. It’s nice that Tommy will be coming to your house for Memorial Day. I hope the temperature is cool enough to make skateboarding part of the program. I also hope he contributes a story or two to complete your First Holidays Together album. His input is just as important as yours. You took some excellent pictures and collected more fond memories to share as the years go by.
Thank you for helping me remember Margaret Schneider again this year. Have a super Friday and a wonderful Memorial Day weekend, dear friend JM!
