It’s Thursday already?! It’s almost the end of January?! Time sure is flying!
I’m grateful that there was a peaceful transition of power yesterday. I’m grateful that Donald and Melania vacated without a stir. I’m grateful that VP Harris and President Biden were safe during the inauguration. Here’s hope that the next four years will be peaceful.
| Some great news! Alex just reached out to me and he heard from one of his Rabbis. He told the Rabbi my story and the Rabbi can’t wait to work with me. (I have to send him a text after “An Evening with B.J. Novak” is over.) I can’t wait to finalize my journey and I’m super excited! |

I’m excited that you got word that a Rabbi is interested in working with you on your journey of spiritual growth and education.
Like you I am thankful that the inauguration went so smoothly. I watched the daytime event and the evening program, the latter hosted by Tom Hanks with speeches by President Biden and VP Harris, remarks by three former presidents, Clinton, Bush and Obama, urging national unity, and great song performances by Demi Lovato and Katy Perry capped by the most spectacular fireworks display I have ever seen. The daytime inaugural was superb. Senator Amy did a fine job as presenter. Gaga, J-Lo and Garth all nailed their songs. Young Amanda stole the show reciting her poem and the minister who delivered the stirring benediction reminded me of MLK. President Joe Biden delivered the greatest speech of his life at a time when our country needed it most. I hope his words got through to those who have hardened their hearts and sold their souls. We need to come together now to pull America out of this tailspin.
