Happy Canada Day!

Happy Canada Day, dear readers! I celebrated Canadian independence with my Canadian scarf, Tim Horton’s coffee; then for dinner, salmon and shrimp. It’s been a great day for celebration.

    I forgot that this is Canada Day, dear friend. I used to have a Canadian blog friend who ran a celebratory post at this time every year. I enjoyed the Virtual InstaChoir singing “O Canada.” A dinner consisting of salmon, shrimp and good coffee sounds great to me. I know you long for the day when you can mark Canada’s national day from the other side of the border. In the meantime continue to be the best American citizen you can be. Please join me tomorrow at Shady’s Place for a musical celebration of Diversity as the U.S.A. prepares to observe Independence Day.
