The last day of Winterfest was actually 8 March 2020, but my last day was 7 March 2020 since Sunday was 61 degrees! It was 45 on the 7th and the ice was already funky. I rented an ice walker, stayed an hour, and had a blast.
Winterfest 2019-2020 was the best yet! I skated with confidence and met so many awesome people over the past four months. I am grateful that Blue Cross sponsors this and I can’t wait until November 2020!
Summerfest will be here in May 2020. I’m getting my roller skates ready!

I have friends in PA and Ohio that tell me there wasn’t much snow this winter and there were more springlike days than other years. That along with the deadly hot summers we’ve been experiencing should be proof of global warming and the climate crisis that the Republicans continue to deny and ignore. Looks like you had fun at the Winterfest Finale in spite of the unseasonably warm temps.
