Walkin’ in an Autumn Wonderland!

Yesterday after work, I decided to hike from Miquon to Manayunk on the Schuylkill River Trail. It had been two months since I last did this, and to my delight, the leaves were changing! I love walking in an autumn wonderland, even if the sun is very strong this time of year!

Then when I arrived to the art museum, I was stunned. October is my favourite colour and it makes me look so beautiful!

I can’t wait to see what next week brings!

  1. Hi, Jessica Marie!

Thanks for taking me along on your walk to Manayunk on the Schuylkill River Trail. I can almost feel the brisk autumn breeze and smell the clean, fresh air as you strolled along the river. The pictures of colored leaves make me homesick for York County. That’s an excellent photo of you nearly in silhouette as the sun shines down from above and behind. It’s good to see you looking so happy.

The rain was fierce the entire drive home. visibility near zero at times, but we made it safely. Mrs. Shady and I watched the film Across the Universe tonight. We highly recommend it.

Have a wonderful Sunday, dear friend JM!
