Thankful Sunday And Monday

On Sunday, I had lunch with Ms. Janet today, an old co-worker from the library. She brought me a goody bag and then went to lunch at Panera. I didn’t take photos, sometimes I worry they might annoy people. Maybe next time! We had a nice lunch and caught up. I can’t wait to see her again and write about this for my happiness box.

While I don’t celebrate Christmas (and will participate out of respect for family and friends), I do enjoy giving gifts and celebrating the joy of the winter season. Giving and celebrating know no religion – everyone enjoys this time of year. Anyway, I went to Trader Joe’s and found this cute Grump Tree. After the season, I can plant it – it’s a Lemon Cypress.

I am also thankful for Trader Joe’s because they often help me find gluten and dairy free items. They have plenty of gluten and dairy free holiday treat a, especially the coconut nog. I want to go back next weekend.

  1. Hi, Jessica Marie!

I am very happy to see that you got together with Ms. Janet, your old co-worker from the library. There’s a Panera Bread eatery close to us and Mrs. Shady and I enjoy their soups, salads and sandwiches. Mrs S and I recently visited a Trader Joe’s in St. Petersburg. The place was bustling. You found a cute Lemon Cypress Grump Tree. I hope it survives and thrives after you plant it. I never heard of coconut nog, but I’d like to try it. I’ll have to look for it the next time we visit a TJ’s store.

Enjoy the rest of your week, dear friend JM!
